About Easy Does It
Almost everyone is nervous the first time. You are about to say out loud things you normally keep in your head, to somebody you have never met, over a phone bill. The callers on Easy Does It know this and take it gently. Expect small talk, patient questions and a nudge only when you are ready for one.
There is no wrong way to start. Say hello, admit you are new if you like, and let the caller steer for a minute or two. By the time you feel comfortable, the call will already have turned warmer without you noticing.
